What to Expect from the Position

As a Logistics Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operations of the warehouse. You will ensure that the work environment is safe, that structure and order are maintained, and that the warehouse functions as an efficient and well-organized unit. A central part of your mission is to ensure a well-stocked and sales-oriented store that meets seasonal needs and customer demand.

Since each store has its unique character, it is crucial that you stay ahead by analyzing customer behaviors and trends. You will also be a key person during the receipt of goods, where you lead and distribute work in connection with deliveries. It is also your responsibility to ensure that technical equipment is in good condition and serviced as needed. Inventory is an important part of your work as accurate stock levels are crucial for the store's profitability.

In addition to your specific responsibilities, you will also contribute to the daily operations together with other colleagues. Together, you will work to ensure that the store is always ready to meet customer needs and that every visit is a positive experience.

You are part of the store's management team and report directly to the Store Manager.

What We Expect from You

We are looking for someone with a strong service mindset who understands the importance of a well-functioning logistics flow to create an efficient and customer-friendly store. You are analytical, responsible, and enjoy working practically when needed. Collaboration is a given for you, and you believe in the strength of working together towards common goals.

You have several years of experience in retail, preferably 2-3 years or more, and have previously worked with logistics and warehouse-related issues. You have good computer skills and are comfortable working with planning, follow-up, and improvement work. To thrive in the role, we see that you are solution-oriented, enjoy challenges, and have a natural drive to lead projects forward.
